Sleepless nights, feeling exhausted, surrounded by agitated people... What on earth is happening? Is the world and everyone going crazy?

Tomorrow morning (Dec 10th 2011) we have a total lunar eclipse... a time when the Earth lines up 'in balance' inbetween the sun and moon. The sun reflects the light onto the moon... which in turn reflects onto our emotional bodies.. a time for stirring things up inside us, bringing issues up to the surface for us to CLEAR UP what no longer serves us... a time to reconsider our beliefs and thought patterns and allow SELF to truely discover the spirit of life. Gemini and sagittarius are the 2 energies influencing this lunar eclipse, an electric time! Can you feel the energy dancing in the air now... it is a time of profound change and awareness for everyone to choose just what they truely desire to have in their life... What makes you smile with delight, dance for joy, sing out loud?

The whole world certainly appears to be going through a chaotic time... old ways and old systems are failing, dictators are falling, jobs and relationships are changing, countries are uniting, old beliefs and thought patterns are being reconsidered...

The Earth and Human being is evolving... we have created a new expanding consciousness that resonates with passion, peace, harmony, responsibility, creative impulse and new potentials... A new energy is coming in, that needs space! The awakened human is creating space for new things and a new way of living.

Everyone that is not anchored into the peaceful space inside them, living passionately and creating their grandest heartfelt desire will indeed get caught up in the chaos and drama of not being good enough, not having enough, not being important and fear of losing it completely!

This chaotic time is a wakeup call for all who are listening! Welcome it, knowing that you don't have to be affected by it... know that it is part of the restructure of our world... Choose to put yourself first, choose to clean up your act, choose to say goodbye to everything that no longer serves you and be a part of the new vision of a passionate, creative, peaceful and harmonious world...

My experience of 11-11-11

An awesome day... I experienced two extremities... true harmony within and without and true chaos within and without! All in one day! After my morning run down south ocean boulevard, lauderdale-on-the-sun and swim in our communical pool...I settled down into some quiet 'me-time' and tuned into 11-11-11.
I settled into the energy, breathing it in and just feeling the energy that was about, within me and around the globe... I felt such gratefulness, presence and belonging...true harmony that made me feel so grand! I asked myself the question what 11-11-11 was all about (for me)... I felt and saw myself become illuminated, standing tall and holding hands with other people in a great circle... I understood that I had chosen this moment to show myself to the world, to share my vision of my grandness (the grandness that all humans possess... but do not necesserily show) and our NEW EARTH that we can create together...

It was all about the individual and allowing Barbara to shine, to stand up for what I felt counted... no more greed, dominance, control, deceit, judgement, cruelty, money hungering... as there is no place now for this kind of living, of being. I would not accept it any more, for and from myself and people around me. It was time now to be true to self and be an example of harmony and love... to radiate out my divine/human presence...

This is the only way the world will change when each individual awakens to the truth of their grandness, their sacredness, their sovereignity and ultimately stand together side by side (the 11-11-11... representing awakened individuals standing side by side...together)... Woow, what a great vision to have...

Around 12.12 noon Tom and myself caught the bus for downtown Ft Lauderdale,to enjoy some lunch on the beach front... before going to look for a new family car... it was a few hours later that my joyous feeling and outlook on life... hit rock bottom... It was as if I was checking whether or not I kept to my vision of radiating my grandness and not accepting bullsh.. from anyone! I won't go into so many details, but trust me I experienced spiralling into a black hole of chaos and drama! I was watching myself going into the drama, putting my foot down wildly about what I would accept from another... I deserve nothing less than kindness and support, besides it was my lesson and could deal with it myself... I retired to bed and breathed deeply hoping that the morning would bring me back into a peaceful environment... I awoke in the night having the need to write down the thoughts in my mind and repeat the words I love you Barbara, I'm sorry, Please forgive me and Thankyou! This was my way of making sure I released the chaos... afterall I didn't have the need to go into it even more...

When I awoke next morning, I could feel the peace within and that of everyone around me.

Don't get me wrong, I don't mean that it's bad to go into chaos, sometimes it's necessary to feel the energy... and discover what we truely want and allow old patterns to be released...and we must remember that it is only energy and we always have a choice whether to experience something or not!

So looking back, it was a great experience day and it has expanded my consciousness...

I believe we have all come to the same conclusion by now… that everyone is different, everyone has different interests, different desires, different choices, different looks and sizes, different behaviours etc.. etc…and that the way we have been brought up… and in some cases dragged up… to conform, to do what we are told is right for us and become only the best… has not allowed us to experience the world in our way.. but in the way others have experienced it!

For a long time now humans have lived according to how they should live and based on the experience of others… the majority of us have become robots… not really having a life we can call our own!

So the fact that we are each important and special in our own right… and can experience things differently according to our desire, passion and truth has not really dawned on us, too much! Yet!

During the last 50 years there have been a few rebels who have gone against the grain, not followed society and allowed themselves to explore and experience life their way… and slowly more and more of us are finding that the old ways don’t work anymore and that our importance, experience and feelings do count.. in fact we are realising more and more that when we live in the moment… each experience and feeling is unique.

Can you remember a time when you experienced something and felt your body stir up with excitement, felt a tingle and realised that you had gained a deeper perception and understanding of something? This feeling we call an ah-ha moment, when the penny drops, an insight, awareness, intuition….

When we allow ourself to explore and experience life our way in the moment… we gain a deeper awareness of life… this is the moment when we create NEW CONSCIOUSNESS… and bring into our human awareness a deep understanding and knowing of ALLTHAT IS…

This NEW CONSCIOUSNESS that surrounds you and plant earth has the potential to attract NEW ENERGY…

You can imagine now that people from all around the world are gaining more insights from their own experiences… new consciousness is in abundance and this has the possibility to attract masses of NEW ENERGY to bring into our reality…. new discoveries, new solutions and a new understanding of love and peace!

So you do create a difference in the world… just by experiencing and exploring your own life, you gain insights and expand consciousness to include yourself! Pure new potentials of your divine self can now materialise.

Back to basics...

Is it just me? or do others wonder about why things don't seem to work as they used to? and do you ask yourself what is it you're doing wrong? or why isn't something happening or working for you?

My answer to myself...It is time to go back to basics, focus and pay attention on myself, my joys, my fears... making sure that my energy flows. Make sure I listen to my inner voice, that my divine self is heard and in order to remain innocent and free from unresolved past issues, allow everything to be released that causes any negative thoughts, hurts, sadness...

It is time to be with myself, to trust and allow self to be creative and bring new potentials into my reality. It is time to slowly move forward and be guided by the divineness and sacredness that awaits me. I know for sure that the old ways of doing and being no longer work and no longer serve my highest interest...

It is now time to allow my divine and sacred being to guide me from moment to moment into true living and joy!This tuesday I will be painting my elementals around a magic round table...I will be opening up to new potentials!

Question to myself... Why aren't things happening for me like they used to?

I AM a New Energy Consciousness Teacher, who inspires......

I was introduced to NEW ENERGY CONSCIOUSNESS in Amsterdam 1997 during my studies with a Dutch spiritual teacher. I thought at the time, ‘this guy is teaching me so differently, there is no method, no rules, it’s not called anything.., But looking back, I was being introduced to the ’I AM’ NEW ENERGY that had started to come into our consciousness in August 1987, an expanding energy rather than our old vibrational energy.

My 5 years of awakening, understanding and experiencing my own FEELINGS and becoming confident as an AUTHENTIC, ALL-POWERFUL, DIVINE person has been a great foundation for me. It has enabled me to experience the voice of my spirit, discovering the unknown and co-creating (with my spirit) many spectacular things and beings from other dimensions and bringing them into my reality. In the meanwhile my journey continues to EXPAND!

The NEW ENERGY is so fertile now, so abundant with NEW POTENTIALS just waiting to be invited in and serve humankind! Yes… there is a lot of turmoil in our world now, but it is just the normal natural order of EARTH/COSMOS restructuring itself. We all see and feel our old systems, financial, economical and social collapsing around us. There is no place anymore for greed, corruption, dishonesty and fear… Only LOVE will find a place in our NEW EARTH that we are co-creating together!

We are coming up to 2012, a COSMIC TURNING POINT, where our old cycle of DUALITY in the 3rd Dimension will close down, making room for our new cycle of UNITY to begin in the 4th Dimension!The light that has been emerging for quite a while now is transforming all that are attuned to the light! The light is awakening the human capacity of LOVE and SACREDNESS!

Only when we choose to listen to our hearts and participate in the truth, will we start the ball rolling for our own human evolution and integration of the divine human being. The NEW EARTH will need new systems of co-operation and mutual support. We are the new builders and creators of our new reality! Be a builder of a loving and peaceful world by allowing your divineness to shine through your humanness! Be an active part of the spiritual transformation that is taking place right now on earth.

Take time-out each day to meditate and tune into your spirit, who has access to the universal knowingness, wisdom and truth and emanate your light and love across the globe to serve all humanity!

Japan...you are in our hearts!

I have been meaning to begin a daily diary for a while now, there is a lot happening now in the world, a lot of chaos and it is my way of recording my observations to the happenings.... Last month the Earth yawned and fiercely erupted (magnitude 6.3) in Christchurch, New Zealand. Tom and myself have friends living there and only today received a message to say that they were safe and actually lived on the North Island! It just goes to show, just how well we know our friends!

The last few days I have watched in horror and sadness as we hear of the devastation caused in Japan... The Earth seems to be even more severe with an earthquake magnitude of 9.0. Again we have many ex-colleagues and friends living there and await replies to our emails. We have received some replies today and there families are safe. They explain that they feel so proud to be part of the Japanese culture that are going through this horrific catastrophe in such calmness and order. There is no panic and are all working together.

It just goes to show that the American and European Media is yet again scare mongering the whole world...they continue to dish out bad news by only focusing on the worst scenarios... Nuclear Meltdown... bla...bla,,,bla... No wonder the finanical market and economy is falling! So Barbara wants to say.... Media, give us all a break, balance the power and report some good stories and show the rest of the world just how the Japanese are coping and ready to build their country up again.... and just in case you weren't aware, we do create our reality and you're not helping to attract a happy outcome! It's about time more people wake up and join the 'lightworkers' who believe in the possibility of a positive outcome to our world!

Yes I'm a little crazy, but crazyness is what makes a difference! If you are interested in helping lessen the nuclear impact in Japan...

Meditation...
Start breathing deeply... imagine a giant figure of 8, the centre protuding from your solar plexis,
Breathe in, imagining the top part of the figure of 8 and that you are actually breathing in harmful nuclear air particles
and carrying the harmful energy down (breathing out) through your body and down to mother earth
where you and mother earth transform harmful energy into neutral energy
When you Breathe in again, finishing off the bottom part of the figure of 8
you bring the transformed potential energy back through your body and back into the world.

We can make a difference, simply imagine and breathe. Be a divine human who is co-creating our NEW EARTH!

Mazarron Country Club Gardening

We have many fund raising parties and many more gardeners... many more community areas are now pretty and we are all happy! It's all so great for a nice social life... everyone can make a difference! Our grandson Alexander Thomas Franken...Born 04-04-10

This great picture is Juliette holding Alexander!

I am so very happy to tell the world of the birth of our grandson Alexander, (sasha for short) in Miami, Florida on Easter Sunday 4th April 2010. Alexander is big and strong, born 8.4 lbs and 19 3/4 ins long. Yulia and Richard are estatic with their son who, believe me is absolutely adorable. Big sister Milana is being a great help for mummy, she's dying to play with him! Auntie Juliette is drooling...so watch out all you guys cause she's on the look out for her guy and father for her child! Grandma Barbara and Grandma Ingrid remain in wonder of the new miracle in the family! Grandad Tom has seen it all on skype and is very proud...

Speaking myself, I have felt a very strong spiritual connection with Alexander even since I heard the news last July... I wonder what we'll be doing together on an energy level? At the moment there is a lot of healing going on... but what is going to happen... is univerally massive! So watch this space for the wonderful experiences to follow... and growth of Alexander... We are wondering what colour hair and eyes he will have. His eyes are now a beautiful blue/purple colour and his hair is dark with a red shine... (from his grandad!) Barbara

Photon energy is the powerful new energy source that will replace electricity in the new millennium. It's a free energy source and nobody can monopolize it. Its outer edge or belt has already reached Earth's atmosphere and is affecting not only Earth but many planets in the solar system. Photon energy is light energy, and it permeates the Earth in waves. It has the power to extend human life because it realigns the human body into a lightbody. Photon energy vibrates at a very high frequency and confers the power of instant manifestation of thought. Therefore, it is essential to maintain clarity and purity of thought by practicing daily meditation, being in the "now," and staying heart-centered. In one sense, the Great Shift in Consciousness is the evolution of Mother Earth and her inhabitants into the realm of photon energy for the next 2,000 years.

Master Kirael selects certain days within each month to correlate with a photon energy value. This value is always a single digit followed by a decimal point and two more digits. The distance between forecast photon energy values is not linear; it can vary from one to three days.

You can view the photon energy forecast in terms of highs and lows and maintaining a center point. Kirael has also guided us to apply his numerology to reveal another level of meaning in his photon forecasts. For example, a photon energy level of 4.19 could be viewed as a "4" or balance of the four bodies, moving into a "1" or creation energy with a "9" or a completion factor. This simple interpretation may offer grand insights into the energies at work during that particular day.

The comments I hear from people about the [Photon Energy Forecast] chart is not in alignment with my original intentions. For some people, when the photon energy is low, they want to hibernate. Or, if the energy is going up, they want to buy something. The chart simply tells you if the photon energy is going up or down. If the energy is going down, you need to bring your energy up. If the energy is going up, you need to bring your energy down. Why not just bring your energy up and stay at the top of the chart? The idea is to stay centered at the mid-range 5.0. Always stay centered at 5.0. That's the best place to be.

The World Reacts Negative to the Peaks
When the photon energy is high in the sevens, eights and nines on the chart, the mastermind of the world goes into a very negative state. Strange, isn't it? When the photon energy is high, the mass consciousness slips into doom and gloom. It almost becomes interactive with the dark side, so to speak, and the reason is people's thoughts become over-energized. Their thoughts are not usually in alignment with the energy at these high levels, so they begin to think thoughts that they are no longer controlling. This is because they try to think within the 10% human brain power instead of within the 90% embodiment process. Thus, with such thoughts, the mass consciousness is thinking all at the same time, and it becomes quite confused.

Use Masterminds of Light in the Valleys
When the photon energy is low -- in the ones and twos -- people are actually left to fend for themselves. Their energy levels go in the opposite direction. They no longer take any energy for themselves and give their powers away to whomever is holding the highest thought at the time. For example, when the photon energy slips down to a 1.9, the mass consciousness becomes susceptible to a mastermind, yet there is nobody putting anything in it. At these low levels, these are the best times for the Lightworkers to come together and work the masterminds of Light. This is the highest possible reality for the lightworkers within which to maintain their most stringent balance because they are not opposing any negative masterminds from the mass consciousness. At these low levels, this is the place for the lightworkers to come together and intermesh the "light work" so that the mass consciousness can be of the Light, rather than waiting to make a change.

As a lightworker, you are better off with the photon energy at a low level. For example, let's say you are working on manifesting something. Pick the lowest energy level that you can find on the chart. It is there you want to amplify your mastermind of manifestation because there is very little stability in the mass consciousness at that point. "Stability" is a key word. With no stability in the mass consciousness, if you have a group of lightworkers that become stable in a mastermind, then you can manifest your mastermind at a much higher and quicker pace.

Meditate, Meditate, Meditate
I can't emphasize enough to meditate, meditate, meditate. You must understand that it's a state of consciousness that will get you through the Shift. There is no magic pill or anything like that. It is the simplicity of awakening into your heart energy that can take you through the Shift process.

Mazarron Country Club - Neighbourhood Concern - Gardening

Each Sunday evening at 8pm residents and non-residents on Mazarron Country Club get together and spend an hour working the barren land. What once was neglected and weedy land, has become a colourful and lively site! And we are only focusing on the edges, before our developer HUMA finishes of his plan for the whole of our beautiful and peaceful urbanisation. You know what they say, like attracts like...Not only is mother earth singing but the neighbours too!

Our dedicated group have planned a BBQ to be held 15th July, a wednesday evening at 8pm at the MCC Restaurant La Taberna. 5 euros a ticket. All of the monies going toward planting more colourful plants, eye catching palms and laying membrane and gravel this coming Autumn.

Intuitive Painting - Mandala Circles

The pattern of creation
The word Mandala is from the Sanskrit meaning circle. Yet is is so much more than a circle, it represents wholeness and our life within the cosmos. Circles appear in all aspects of life from the celestrial circles of earth, sun and moon to the conceptual circles of friends, family and community. Eastern cultures has long embraced the integrated world view represented by the mandala...as portrayed in their architecture in stupas, mosques and cathedrals.
Maybe the awareness of ‘the pattern of creation’ has the potential to change how the west sees itself, the planet and perhaps even our own life purpose.

The circles with a centre pattern is the basic structure of creation that is reflected from the micro to the macro in the world as we know it. It is a pattern found in nature and is seen in biology, geology, chemistry, physics and astronomy. On our planet, living things are made of cells and each cell has a nucleus...all display circles with centers. The crystals that form ice, rocks and mountains are made of atoms. Each atom is a mandala. Within the Milky Way galazy is our solar system and within our solar system is Earth. Each is a mandala that is part of a larger mandala. Flowers, the rings found in tree trunks and the spiraling outward and inward of the snail’s shell all reflect the primal mandala pattern. Whereever a center is found radiating outward and inward there is wholeness...A Mandala

The mandala pattern is used in many cultures and religious traditions, the Tibetans used highly intricate sand illustrations as a meditation to create compassion, acceptence and peace, the Indians created medicine wheels, the Aztecs made their circular calendars and the Taoist ýin-yang’symbol represents oppositon as well as interdependence. Representing the universe itself, a mandala is both the microcosm and the macrocosm and we are all part of its intricate design. The mandala is more than an image seen with our eyes, it is an actual moment in time. It can be used as a vehicle to explore art, science, religion and life itself. The mandala contains an encyclopedia of the finite and a road map to infinity.

Carl Jung said that a mandala symbolizes ‘a safe refuge of inner reconciliation and wholeness’. It is á synthesis of distinctive elements in a unified scheme representing the basic nature of existence’. Jung used the mandala for his own personal growth and wrote about his experiences.

A circle represents our life...no beginning and no ending!
